Non-woven pads are produced in a single process from base fibre that is carded, layered and reeded to form a fleece. A variety of flexible resins and selected grits produce abrasive material with a range of desirable properties.
  • Can be used with lacquers and cleaners.
  • As materials wear in use, more grit is exposed, resulting in longer life and more consistent finish.
  • Can be used wet or dry or with finishing fluids.
  • Won't leave rust stains.
  • Micro Fine - Gold 1200 grit aluminum oxide. Get a high gloss finish on solid surfaces and fiberglass finishing.
  • Ultra Fine - Gray 600 grit silicon carbide. Ideal for sanding sealer coat. De-fuzzes semi-gloss or solid surfaces.
  • Very Fine - Maroon 320 grit aluminum oxide. For rust removal and automotive finishing. Creates matte finish on solid surfaces.
